Cancellation policy

Please inform me as soon as possible in case you want to cancel.

​

If you do not contact us by 20:00 the day before,

you will be charged a cancellation fee.

​

Cancellation fee on the day will be 100%.

​

In case of cancellation due to customer's convenience,

cancellation fee will be generated for any reason such as poor health.

​

This does not apply if this service determines that the customer's safety is not ensured due to bad weather such as typhoons.
